Pregnancy Weight Scale and Stadiometer Height Ruler
The Pregnancy Weight Scale (HUD) allows you to monitor your patients weight gain during their pregnancy, from week 0 through to week 40.
To attach the HUD click "add" when selecting from your inventory, or if you wish you can rez the HUD and have it set up in your clinic next to the Scales.
The buttons on the HUD let you choose a patients weight gain based on their height and their frame size.
<1.60m with options for Small Frame, Medium Frame and Large Frame
>1.60m to <1.70m with options for Small Frame, Medium Frame and Large Frame
>1.70m to <1.80m with options for Small Frame, Medium Frame and Large Frame
>1.80m to <2.00m with options for Small Frame, Medium Frame and Large Frame
>2.00m with options for Small Frame, Medium Frame and Large Frame
Please note that this HUD is designed to give the patients weight gain each week during their pregnancy and as such the weight will increase ...it is not a AV weight calculator that repeats the same weight each time you use it.
For example a person less than 1.60 m with a small frame may weigh approximately 121.4lbs at week 0, by week 12 they may weigh between 128.8lbs and 131.8lbs. (The HUD will give you a random result between these two numbers).

Stadiometer Height Ruler
Firstly, Avatars and objects in Second Life are larger than in real life, by default. The default visual perspective of the follow-camera is a couple meters behind and above the avatars's eyes, and this makes everything "look small" if it is scaled accurately. The end result is that most buildings, vehicles and furniture in Second Life are scaled at 1.25 to 1.5 times the "Realistic" size and trying to make an "accurately sized" avatar gives you a form that is too small for most of the world around you.
This does not help when trying to provided accurate figures for medical roleplay such as weight gain during pregnancy. If the weight was to be calculated using the default heights of AV's you would get unrealistic results. To counter this the included Stadiometer Height Ruler has been scripted to give more realistic RL results which can be used with the Pregnancy Weight Scale (HUD)
The stand contains animations for your patient and the positions are fully adjustable
There are two buttons on the side of the stand which allow you to adjust the height of the ruler arm up or down
The script displays the height of who clicks the ruler, so your patient needs to be the one who clicks the ruler to get their height
