Ultrasound
The ultrasound has 3 animation positions, Patient, Doctor and Parter (can also be used by a Nurse). All animations can be accessed by sitting on the exam bed and selecting from the menu that will appear on your screen. Height and positions for all animations can all be adjusted from the menu. Order of priority starts with the Patient so have the Patient sit first.
Accessing Control Menus
Functions menu can be accessed by clicking to the left or right of the ultrasound keyboard. The options are as follows :
Click on the left side -
Heart Rate Off - Turns sounds off
User Mode - Set to Owner, Group or Anyone
Fetal Growth - Calculates Fetal Growth
Twins H/R - Calculates the heart rate of the Twins and plays audio
Twins F/G - Calculates the Fetal Growth of the Twins
Bluetooth On - Enables Bluetooth for Hand Scanner and Hear Rate Monitor
Bluetooth Off - Disables Bluetooth
Heart Rate - Calculates Heart Rate and play audio
Click on the right side -
Heart Rate Off - Turns sounds off
User Mode - Set to Owner, Group or Anyone
Triplets H/R - Calculates the heart rate and plays audio
Quads H/R - Calculates the heart rate and plays audio
Triplets F/G - Calculates the Fetal Growth
Quads F/G - Calculates the Fetal Growth
To view the ultrasound pictures click on the display monitor and select from the menu that will appear on your screen. Options are as follows -
Boy, Girl - Scans at 6, 12, 28 and 34 weeks
Twin Boys, Twin Girls. Twins B/G (Boy and Girl) - Scans at 6, 12, 24 and 28 weeks
4D (24 weeks) - Scans for Boy, Girl, Twin Boys, Twin Girls and Twin Boy/Girl
Triplets - 7 weeks, 12 weeks, 3 Months and 6 Months
Quads - 7 weeks, 12 weeks, 3 Months and 6 Months
Screen On - Turns Screen on
Screen Off - Turns Screen off
User Mode - Set to Owner, Group or Anyone
Accessories
Hand Scanner
Click on the "Green" hand scanner on the right hand side of the ultrasound to receive a copy of the scanner which will be copied to your inventory.
To use the scanner simply right click and select "Add" from your inventory. The scanner can be fully adjusted to best suit your AV by using your viewer edit. function. Click on the scanner to turn it on oe off. (Hand Scanner connects to the Ultrasound by Bluetooth)
Heart Rate Monitor
Click on the "Blue" hand scanner on the right hand side of the ultrasound to receive a copy of the Heart Rate Monitor which will be copied to your inventory. You can then transfer a copy to your patient to wear. Have your patient wear the Heart Rate Monitor - select "Add" from their inventory. The Heart Rate Monitor can be fully adjusted to best suit your AV by using your viewer edit. function. Click on the Heart Rate Monitor to turn it on or off. (Heart Rate Monitor connects to the Ultrasound by Bluetooth)
Ultrasound Gel
Click on the "Red" hand scanner on the right hand side of the ultrasound to receive a copy of Ultrasound Gel which will be copied to your inventory. To use the Ultrasound Gel simply right click and select "Add" from your inventory. The Ultrasound Gel can be fully adjusted to best suit your AV by using your viewer edit. function. Use the Ultrasound Gel with the Doctors "Apply Gel" animation. You should apply the Gel to the patients tummy before starting the ultrasound examination.
Towel
Click on the stack on towels to receive a copy of a towel which will be copied to your inventory. To use the towel simply right click and select "Add" from your inventory. The towel can be fully adjusted to best suit your AV by using your viewer edit. function. Use the towel with the Doctors "Dry" animation. This is to clean any Gel from the patients tummy after the examination.
Photos
By clicking on the 3 black knobs above the keyboard you will receive a box that contains a copy of all the pictures used in the ultrasound. Rez the box and click to copy to your inventory. All pictures are copy, transfer so you can give your patients.
Stool
The included stool contains two additional sitting animations and can be placed anywhere.
Ultrasound Color HUD
The color HUD allows you to change the color of the Ultrasound and Bed and the top of the stoll
Add the Color HUD, once it appears on your screen click on the Ultrasound and Bed to change the colors on the Ultrasound and Bed . Click on the Stool button to change the color of the top of the stool. Use the color control sliders to choose the color you wish to use.
You can save your favorite colors on the HUD by clicking on one of the 10 arrows above the color slots on the bottom of the HUD
